Allison, a committed resident of Leucadia for over a decade.
Allison currently serves as Deputy Mayor of Encinitas, representing District 1, covering Northwest Leucadia, parts of Old and New Encinitas, and Olivenhain.
As a member of the Encinitas City Council, Allison is deeply involved in the issues – big and small – that matter to the citizens of our city.
Allison's career started as an attorney specializing in litigation and labor and employment. She moved into business executive roles in retail and then in medical device, life sciences and diagnostics.
Throughout her career, people have consistently described Allison as a good partner with excellent skills in strategic planning, problem-solving and driving change.
